Hi, My friends account has been banned due to suspicious activity. We have reached the customer support. They gave us email he should send his explanation to. So we did - then he received email saying that he should log in to EA account and contact customer service via EA support. However there is no chat option and the number is the same phone number we have called before - where they told us they cannot help us, that this is under EA support's command. So...what now?
